A recent purchuse to my family of things I didn't need but wanted, is this great 3d printer. It printed the first 2 jobs off the internal memory no problems and they came out great.
RØDE WIRELESS GO II
A recent purchase in preparation for my NZ trip, I didn't ultimately use them.
Although with the testing I did with them in the lead up, I think they have really great potential to push audio quality for any on camera work I may look to do in the future.
CUTELEC LETTER OPENER
A great cheap little letter opener I have been using for a few months now. Pretty handy with letters and Amazon Packages.
Comes in a pack of 6 too.
JOBY TRIPOD
This tripod has become my most used device when filming with my phone or Go Pro. The ability of the legs to wrap around polls or other structures is super handy and has come in use many times.
I recently bought some Rode Wireless Go 2 Microphones, which is compatible with both my phone and Go Pro, this stand comes with shoe mounts which allows the microphone receiver to sit in and not be in the way.
AMAZON ECHO DOT
I bought a Google Home device many years ago and never really used it as the device wasn't ever able to pick up what I was wanting or saying clearly.
The Echo Dot has been a totally different experience working great after set up. This device sits next to my bed and gets regualarly used late at night when wanting to relax before sleeping. I definitely recommend getting one as well If you like buying things via the Amazon Store as It will send you notifications when items are delivered.
